Appearance: Pours a completely clear, pale golden color with a strong white head. SRM of 5-6. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of pale malts, earthy and oaky notes. Yeast. (4.00)
Flavor: Strong flavors of pale malts, some earthy and oaky grainy notes. Yeast. Slightly salty. (4.00)
Feel: Medium body, lower carbonation, finishes, clean and dry. (4.00)
Compared to Drekker Deploy Anti Cowboy Measures 1/25: Pours darker, milder aromas. More earthy oak and yeast. More salt. Less tart lemon citrus. Drier.

On-tap at Milton's
Clear, bubbly, but no real head. Light scent, bit of vanilla. Taste is heavy on bitter hops with the wheat in the background. This is football watching beer

16 oz can. Stamped 03/15/22 Thanks Danny.
This one looks like a fine Pilsner. Golden hue, fluffy white head, slightly opaque. great retention, layered, soapy lacing.
Nose and flavor hits the mark. But the hint of oak comes through in the flavor. A light touch, but interesting.
A solid pilsner with a modest twist. Well done.

My experience with this beer was mixed. Had a lovely fresh pint of what I thought was going to be Czech Pils. It looked like a NEIPA complete with a creamy IPA head. It tasted like a bready IPA with light sweet citrus, med-light bodied. A good lightly fruity tasting soft & pale EZ drinking beer but it might be a swing and a miss in it's style. Not messy but perhaps it's a crossover. There was a sensation of cedar wood in it's finish though it is oak-aged. What ever it is, it is good beer.

Can. White head with lace. Clear dark golden color.
Another great pils from modist. Very euro styled. Earthy, grassy, zesty, crisp, clean, floral, bready, biscuity. A touch of orange citrus. So easy drinking and flavorful. Well done.
