I tried a 4oz pour of this beer off the tapper at the downtown Minneapolis location whilst in town for a trade expo. It poured a clear copper with white head that left some lace. The scent had citrus fruit and pine notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with semi sweet malt base with subtle pine resin and bitter citrus fruit presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

From a 16oz can. Canned on 08/21/2025
This beer is pretty murky for a west coast IPA. It has a murky golden color to it. There's a 1 1/2 finger white head to the beer. The head is fluffy looking and long lasting. There's a bit of lacing on the glass as the head dissipates.
The nose of the beer is pretty mild, though the beer is also old. I do get some hints of citrus in this beer. Not really getting any west coast vibes.
There's a bit of citrus in this beer up front. Some faint pineapple notes hit my taste buds. I also get a faint pine hint to this beer. I do get a faint bitterness on the finish of this beer.
I do get some bitterness feeling in this beer. Decent thickness and fullness. Not really clingy feeling.
I bet this beer is better fresher. Not bad, but lacking some things I expect in this style.

Dandy. This is a great west cost IPA without all the daze of haze. Tart yet refreshing. One of my new go-tos. All the haze just gets in the way and sometimes you just want some dryness.

The best way to describe this beer is "everything bagel." This is not a West Coast IPA and describing it that way is a affront to God.

16oz can. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of grapefruit, orange, caramel and toffee. Sweet fruity taste with toasted caramel and a piney bitterness.

12oz can. Bottom stamp is 'LEAL TABEL 10/24/23'.
Pale gold colored body, with floating particles, and cloudy. Big voluminous white head upon pouring, settles back to fluffy cap. Leaves behind webs and rings of lacing.
Aroma is pine, resin, and fuel vapors. Slight citrus and a touch of mint.
Taste is dour pine resin, with a lack of sweetness. Earthy and herbal. Short aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel. Kind of a dry finish. Excellent carbonation.
Not really bitter but definitely lacks sweetness. Odd rendition for what's labeled as a 'WEST COAST IPA', because of the earthy hop expression, and the minimal resin bitterness.

Pours dark peach yellow, with a lot of carbonation. Aroma is resin and pine. Taste is light to moderate, with a bit of bitterness and resin. I do detect some citrus flavors here, though they are mild. However, this brew is not crisp or dry, but very dank and "uncrisp" (that's a word; I'm sure of it). Still, I enjoyed it.

16 oz tap at Sea Salt Eatery in MPLS, MN.
L: Pours deep redish copper with a thin white head that has good retention, low carbo, good lacing.
S: Lightly earthy, dank diesel, caramelized malts, lightly floral.
T: Caramelized malts, light dankness of diesel, gently sweet, a hint of bread, grains, citrus zest, melon, moderately bitter with light resin in the finish.
F: Crisp medium bodied feel with a medium length drying finish. I sense very light grit.
O: A very tasty beer that has great balance btwx bitter and sweet. It has a light hint of bread in the background. An easy drinking and good looking WCIPA. Its the real deal and is outstanding in its style.

Nice deep golden/copper color. Head was off white and leaves some decent lacing. Nose is very citrusy. Taste was also citrus with somewhat of a dry finish. Feel was bitter and slightly white pepper type finish. Good solid beer.

Really solid brew here. The taste is almost a sweet / sour combo when it hits the mouth but then smooths out as it goes down. Leaves a very nice skunky aftertaste. There's something about this one that is really unique, and I can't quite put my finger on it yet. Smells very fresh.

L-Deep oak colored
S-Pine, ganja, tobacco, floral
T-A bit catty....grungy...tobacco...bong resin....a bit of grapefruit...little bit of breadiness from the malt.
F-Medium bodied...light bitterness...lacks the hop bite of some in this style you'd expect.
O-It's OK...wouldn't buy it again but always excited to try a West Coast IPA.
