A: bright pale straw yellow color that is slightly cloudy. Thin, bright white head
S: smell starts with a crisp yeast aroma followed by a mixture of sweet fruit - pineapple, mango, passion fruit and strawberry. A big crackery backbone behind that. Almost smells like a lager
T: sweet pineapple and sweet orange upfront. A touch of pepper spice behind that, and then lemongrass and grains
M: light mouthfeel with mid-low carbonation
O: light and drinkable. It feels like a flavored water almost in the mouth, but that little bit of pepper spice helps remind you what it is. Hot weather beer indeed. The fruit purée sweetened it up, but at the expense of the Farmhouse qualities
