100% Brett Fermented Blonde Ale W/ Oats
If you haven't already noticed yet, we love funky beers. We brewed this beer to be a funky, weird, hoppy, sessionable, new age, rustic blonde. Does that make sense? The grist of this beer contained a large portion of flaked oats to give a nice body. The modest hopping in the kettle allows for the 100% Brettanomyces fermentation to shine though. The Brett throws flavors of barnyard, pineapple and mango. We then dry-hopped it modestly with Mosaic and Hallertau Blanc for white grape, blueberry and citrus aromas. Don't be stressed, just crush it and order another pint.
