Poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a golden yellow color with a nice transparency about it. Carbonation could be seen rising at a moderate pace to fill a finger's worth of white foamy head that slid off at a moderate pace. Some stringy light lace.
The aroma had some bubblegum, sweet wheat, crushed peppercorn, lemongrass, hay and grassy hop character. Light white bread at the very end.
The flavor was moderately sweet through the bubblegum, sweet wheat and white bread. Peppercorn semi-spicy sort of balance at the end. Aftertaste was bubblegum and white bread.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt good. ABV felt as projected. Light airy sort of wheat-like finish with some smooth sweet bubblegum effects.
Overall, pretty nicely done grissette. I'd have again.
