L: A rather deep amber, very pretty color. Not quite what you'd expect of a "typical" bitter.
S: A malty, subtle aroma.
T: The malty, lightly hopped flavor is a perfect recreation of a British bitter. It is indeed a bit sweet as well
F: very nice mouth feel, sturdy. The carbonation is just right.
O: As good an American version of British ESB as you will find on this side of the pond. Since that's my favorite beer style, I feel extremely fortunate to live but a couple miles from the brewpub. Not bottled or canned yet, I can only hope they will at some point.
