Pours a copper-amber with a frosty look to the translucency. Head is two fingers of off white foam. Aroma is heavy Belgian yeast and spice, with clove, banana, and mild grassy hops just behind. As it warms, caramel and bready malts develop more on the back end. Sugary sweet aroma. Flavor profile is dominated by Belgian yeast, spice, clove, and banana. More spiciness than the nose, bringing some balance. Caramel and bready malts wrap up the flavor profile. Mouth feel is medium-thick and velvety in texture. Overall, a heavy Belgian farmhouse with some fair qualities.
