Yellow body. Lots of carbonation. Aroma of floral hops and lemon, orange peel, and spice. Fruity. Taste is slightly sweet with a honey finish. Some feeling of grainy malts. Delicate and nice.

A wit that is well on its way.
Laughing Monk has high aspirations in, what is for me, the high-holy Belgian tradition.
Irreverent Wit has a yeast that produces sufficient foam, some tropical fruit aromatics and a soft mouth. Spices are present but not prominent. Tastes are balanced and its citrus is refreshing.
I would have Irreverent Wit again. In fact at this moment, I wish I had bought two. Thanks, Brothers !
I'm glad to see you are recovering from lockdown.
10/26/25 Drank again four years later and Irreverent has not improved as I had hoped. This time on tap. I've reduced Look and Feel by .25 each. An OK pairing with Mexican food keeps Overall at the original rating.

A very good beer. It’s a bit harsh in the intake, but warm in the consumption. I was expecting yet another beer barreled wine, but instead it is a brisk walk through the park.

Faint notes...couldn't pick up any discernible aromatics on this one. This is a well-balanced and easy drinking wheat ale. Faint honey notes on the swallow..crushable.
