Pours a clear pinkish, exactly the color of many rosé wines. Described as a Lager brewed with Syrah grape Juice. Smooth, fruity, and rather sweet. Tastes like sweet cider with the slightest bitter edge. Distinct note of cherry liqueur with a kool-aid finish.
The fruit flavor is interesting and changes as you sip. It does have a winey taste after a while, and a hint of the grapey tang of acidity. Modest prickly carbonation. Aroma of cherry and fruit punch. If they made a Brut version of this with creamy carbonation it would be a killer. From the 16 oz can shipped from City Beer Store.
