The years keep on coming and the Monks are celebrating our one thousandth batch of beer brewed. Batch 1,000 is a premium lager brewed to celebrate our milestone and we are ready to brew another 1,000 more batches! Clean, light and refreshing, this lager has a light malt backbone that is easy-drinking and balanced by a very mild dosing of hops. Here's to the next one thousand batches of beer! Cheers!

Congratulations Laughing Monk on this milestone. Many tribute beers aren't worth more than their name, but this recipe produced an excellent lager that is worthy of repeating!
