Poured from a 16oz can into a Waterford IPA glass. Pours a clearer golden color with over three fingers of white foam head. Citrus, pine and ripe melon on the nose. Taste follows with equal parts bitter hop resin and pine and citrus and melon fruits. Really good. Really well balanced. Medium-full mouthfeel. This is beyond solid. A really solid IPA. Tons of aroma and flavors. Slight knock on the mouthfeel keeping this from being great but it’s still really good.

Packaged on February 4th, enjoyed on March 8th 2026 - poured from a pint can into a snifter.

Clear, gold/saffron liquid with a low smattering of magnolia foam receding rapidly to a lasting collar and faint surface slick. Fine sandy lacing; average retention.

Potent, fruit-forward aroma with tropical/berry/citrus elements and a low bubblegum/dank/onion side as well. Contemporary and complex.

Sweet palate entry, suffused with crushed orange and honey/light caramel. An assault of bitterness follows with a constellation of fruit and herbal flavors jockeying for position. Long, bittersweet finish with chocolate orange and hints of cedar and scallion.

Chewy, medium-dense mouthfeel, slick (almost oily) yet crisp. ABV is present but not overwhelming/fusel.

With Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe, Nelson, Krush, and Strata all in the mix, there's almost too much going on and the flavors seem to compete more than complement one another. An enjoyable version of the style none-the-less.

Seems like it puts the pressure on to come up with a memorable brew for your 10th year in business. Oh, let's make a giant IPA! It's certainly big and bold with massive hops. It's also bitter and confusing. Moderate sugar level with darkness following. Some fruity flavors lurking. Overall this is good for a gulp when you want some sudden relaxation, and it's actually worth some sipping, but not for long. From the 16 oz can purchased at Trader Joes. Dated 12/04/26.

Gold. Capped by a silky cap, two inches in elevation before slowly settling in at a thin film. Great retention. Scattered cloudy lacing.
Nose has a dry delivery of mango, papaya, tangerine, some grass and hints of onion on top of a simple malt base.
Flavor follows the nose pretty faithfully. Main contributors are the papaya, grass, orange, some herbal notes and onion again. The malt comes through as a subtly sweet wet grain meets biscuits.
Mouthfeel is smooth. Smoothly bitter, smoothly dry, with a light carbonation level.
