500ml bottle (probably given to me by @mr-jj) served in a large tulip. Bottled March 2016.

Pours clear coppery/brassy color with a massive head that fades slowly, medium carbonation. Smell is funky and spicy, something earthy.

Taste is slightly lemon tart with a strange fruity sweetness, a strong herbal flavor and a medium to strong funky flavor.

Mouthfeel is better than I feared with that gigantic head. It's medium bodied and noticeably effervescent, but not abrasively so. Overall, it's a pretty good beer.

Quite lush and fruity for a Wild ale. Fairly clear amber until the last pour with all the sediment. Just slightly tart. A touch of canned peach and the Saison-like yeastiness. Clean, classic Brett taste.

One of the more user-friendly of the Mollusk science projects. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at Elizabeth Station in Bellingham.

Highly carbonated, fine firm snow white head that last to the bottom of the well laced glass. Brett spicy aroma and taste is mild but funky complex yeast character. Medium to full bodied with crisp but not overly dry finish. Recommend highly.
