Rich and fruity with apricot and smells like ripe plums. Substantial body with plenty of malt. Gust of hop aromatics and more plums in the taste. This is just a toothsome and flavorful hoppy brew that avoids serious bitterness. I'd like to see this made into an Imperial. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at Elizabeth Station in Bellingham.
