Clear, golden color.. Thin, white head. Lime and ginger in the aroma. Same notes in tart taste. Refreshing, but I am not a big fan of ginger, so a little bit biased.

Foggy dark yellow with a thin white blanket.

The ginger and lime are strong and pretty tart in flavor, but the tingly carbonation also brings an herbal rindy bitterness in the semi-sticky finish.

this was without a shadow of a doubt the worst of about eight beers we tried in here at southern grist. a cheap and sloppy tasting kettle sour with way too much acidity and an amateur sort of cheesy stink to it, really unappealing to me from a fermentation standpoint, and then overdone on the lime, zesty and natural but so overbearing that its bitter and sharp and hard to drink much of, especially out of place for me in a beer that is supposed to be on the lighter and more drinkable side, a turnoff to be sure. the ginger element in here makes it almost soda-like in the flavor, natural enough again but very sweet this time, this should have been fermented drier than it is, and the intensity of these ingredients keeps it from tasting much like beer, hardly any grain or anything else to speak of in the mix. very acidic, under carbonated, and honestly a little tough to drink, well below the quality they proved themselves capable of with so many of their other beers. i did love any of the sours they do, but this one didnt resonate with me at all. i like the idea, but the execution is C level at best.

Very refreshing.

Lime, ginger, just a tad bit tart.

Tastes just like a Moscow mule!

Very light and crisp. This is a good summer beer.

Very solid

Appearance: Served up a lightly hazy, pale yellow body. Slim white head.

Smell: A modest whiff of maltiness with a sourish twang about it, soft lil' zip of ginger and a soothing hint of lime zest.

Taste: The tastes offers much the same, sensibly hinting the ginger without being overpowering or offering up too much 'heat,' leaning a bit more towards the fruity, citrusy lime element. Nicely drying, refreshingly acidic finish.

Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium-low carbonation.

Overall: Pretty damn solid.

Look is a hazy yellow with a hint of lime.

Smell is huge tart lime followed by a kiss of ginger.

Taste follows nose. Insanely tart lime followed by a hint of ginger/wheat.

Feel is light with moderate carbonation.

Overall this is a really well done wild. The tart lime is huge with just enough ginger to keep it interesting and more complex. I'm really impressed at how the ginger is second fiddle as opposed to taking over the beer.

The beer comes in a medium plus hazy straw color, finger of white head.

The aroma offers sweet ginger, fresh lime juice, and wheat.

The flavor continues with a sprinkle of sour lemon juice, with a zest of lime complimenting it as well as a tamed ginger flavor. There's light sugary sweetness that dances with the spice and tart, along with fresh doughy bread. A sharp combination scrubs at the palate like a soda would to leave the palate clean with only a hint of that wheat lingering on the aftertaste.

A refreshing Berliner-style with nuanced ginger and lively lime zest wonderfully suited for 16 oz. cans in the summer.
