Think this iteration of the Mixed Green series is the best I've had to date, even with the single-hop focus. Like other Mixed Greens concoctions, pours a pulpy, briny, hazy yellowish straw color with a thin but bubbly white head. Smell is the first distinct difference, with a stronger tropical fruit and floral aroma (hello, Mosaic hops!). Really nice. The flavor is also a little more robust than some past Mixed Greens offerings, though not nearly as noticeably different as the smell. Sweet grapefruit, mango, grassiness, and pine, balanced by cracker and wheat notes. Juicy and incredibly refreshing, but anything but overwhelming or extreme. Feel is thick and pulpy with minimal carbonation. Delicious, though not overwhelming IPA, and absolutely perfect for hot-weather, outdoor drinking.
