A different take on a classic big beer birthed because we like to mix things up. An 8.1% Imperial Cream Ale made with loads of honey and caramel malt for a big sweet base beer, then hit with fresh roasted Madagascar cacao nibs ("Mad"), Columbian El Cascabel ("Rattlesnake/Rattler") coffee, and massive amounts of Madagascar vanilla beans.
