Appearance: Relatively clear appearance lightly kissed with some cherry, reddish hue.
Smell: Mahlab yields a cinnamon, ground almond tone with a soft backing of tart cherries.
Taste: Lightly sour, lightly tart, lightly acidic cherry zip with a bit of citrus and a restrained sweetness. Quite tasty and nicely refreshing.
Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Moderate carbonation.
Overall: Very good. The best I had in my recent trip to Nashville.
