Received from @jdell15 in a BIF. Canned on 9/15/2020. Poured into a pint glass. It looks like a raspberry smoothie: a light magenta color with a creamy, milk-white head and lacing. Raspberry is heavy on the nose along with vanilla cream and some lite tropical fruit notes. The taste opens tart and raspberry-forward. The vanilla cream is subtle and doesn't completely offset the tart berry. Only as the glass warms do I notice the tropical flavor of the guava, which adds some additional sweetness. It isn't very sour. The mouth feel is fairly viscous with low/moderate carbonation and at only 5.4% ABV it drinks very easily. Overall, Guava Razz Hill is a flavorful and enjoyable kettle sour. It's particularly appropriate for hot weather, outdoor drinking.
