Brewed with Twisted Trunk Brewing, aka the kings of terpenes, this NEIPA was made with El Dorado, Citra, local TN wild flower honey, tangerine peel, Purple Haze & Tangi terpenes.
Terpenes are the flavor molecules responsible for the aroma and flavor of many fruits & plants. For this release we partnered with Terpene Station, selecting two unique terpene flavor profiles. These non-psychoactive compounds are painstakingly derived from hemp plants before being blended in to the beer. You can expect a soft and juicy IPA with a ton of citrus and a dank & sticky finish. We are thrilled to be one of the first few craft breweries to use this innovative ingredient. Due to the complex extraction process these terpenes are very expensive compared to an artificial alternative.

Thanks goes out to Buck89 for this brew.

Poured into a Trillium glass a pretty nice cloudy/turbid pale yellow color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/creamy two-finger white head, which leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a nice little citrus complex (orange, tangerine, apricot), purple haze/tangi terps, nice little diesel like. The taste is pretty nice, hoppy, malty, with a nice little citrus complex (orange, tangerine, apricot), purple haze/tangi terps, nice little diesel like. Medium body, ABV is hidden very nicely, with a nice little dry/bitter finish. Overall, a very tasty brew. Very interesting brew. Orange Julius! Addictive! Thanks John!

Pours a hazy yellow with white head.
This is my first beer with terpenes and it literally smells like bong water. Not old nasty bong water just a bit dank. Some citrus notes too.
Taste is the weediest beer I've ever had. Getting some citrus notes too.
Medium bodied good carb level.
Overall a unique beer that accomplished what it was meant to be.

Poured into a snifter. Very hazy/turbid bright yellow color with a modest white head that slowly settled. The dankest aroma I have experienced. Think bong water with a hint of citrus. The resin is in full force on the palate, but it is balanced out with other flavors, including citrus, floral notes, and crackery malt. I also got cedar from the resin. Medium bodied, soft, and a slight astringency on the finish. A unique and well-made beer.
