Canned on 9/10/18. Poured from a crowler into tulip glass.
L: Pours hazy pinkish red. Minimal head which was expected due to being in a crowler for a while. Some lacing on glass. The hue is pretty.
S: Tart raspberry on the nose. Perhaps a hint of vanilla (idk if it is even brewed with vanilla) and coconut also on the nose.
T: Full on naturally tart raspberry flavor. The flavor is fresh and non-artificial. Then there is the coconut. There is loads of coconut on the finish and in residual flavor. Its pretty awesome. There is a vanilla-ish flavor in the beer, but I think it might be more the coconut. It is raw coconut flavor, not artificial as well. It meshes greatly with the raspberry tartness.
F: Pretty great for a wild ale. Medium in body and weight with moderate carbonation without being overly done. It has a great feel to it.
O: An all around superb beer. I would definitely drink again, and I am grateful to have tried. The raspberry and coconut is on point with this one. Cheers!
