16 oz can, canned 1/21/21, into Urban South Willie.
Hazy dark golden blonde with a creamy cap of 2 fingers, receding to a thick ring leaving no lace.
Aroma from the can is graham crust, coconut cream, and slight meringue. A little bit of coconut shampoo. Aroma from the glass is roughly the same with a little grain thrown in. Definitely Southern Grist already.
Flavor is not too sour and not too sweet. Another wonderful balance struck by SG. Great meringue flavors among coconut cream, graham cracker, toasted marshmallow, and slight tang.
Feel is crisp and medium bodied with just enough creaminess to pass along the vibe of coconut cream pie. Soft carbonation. No heat. Nice slick finish. Great execution.
Overall, a great beer and they know it. For $18 a 4 pack, it had better be good, and it is.
Edit: further cans have only gotten better
Price paid : $4.99 / can (then came back and bought a 4 pack for $16.99)

Thanks goes out to Buck89 for this brew.
16 oz. Can
Canned On: 10/12/18
Poured into a Tree House glass a pretty nice cloudy pale yellow color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/creamy/fizzy two-finger white head, which leaves some nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is malty, yeasty, with a nice little coriander note, coconut, some vanilla, tart. The taste is pretty nice, malty, yeasty, with a nice little coconut, coriander, tart, nice vanilla note. Medium body, ABV is hidden very nicely, with a nice little dry/bitter finish. Overall, a pretty tasty brew. Thanks John!

This flavor profile in a gose base doesn't work all that great at the front end, but the saltiness at the back is remarkably successful at pulling it all together. I'd say the marshmallows are clearly the most detectable of the adjuncts.
Really unique brew from this bunch.

16 oz can poured into a snifter. Moderately hazy golden color with a modest white head. Some lacing. Aroma was heavy sweet coconut, vanilla, meringue, and slight lemon. Smooth coconut flavor initially on the palate, followed by a gentle lemony tartness. Vanilla and marshmallow were mixed in, with slight graham cracker. None of the flavors were overbearing and they all played well together. Clean and refreshing.
