NEDIPA brewed with oats. Hopped with Simcoe and Callista in the whirlpool, then massively dry hopped with Callista.

Cloudy orange with a finger-and-a-half of yellowed head. Decent retention and sudsy lacing.

Nice tropical aroma with mango, orange and strawberry cream candies.

There’s a sweet fruity blast up front in the taste that’s hard to put my finger on: peach rings, mango, orange, vanilla, strawberry and a tropical element not unlike passionfruit, but not quite as floral. There’s some pine and light herbal bitterness on the backend.

Full bodied, lightly creamy, with some lively carbonation.

Another great NEIPA that hits all the right elements. The tropical, strawberry-cream, peach-ring hops are what make it memorable. Cool can art, too.

L - 2-finger offwhite body atop a murky yellow body.

S - cheese, floral, grapefruit, soap.

T - follows the nose. Low bitterness. Low sweetness. Low booziness.

F - medium body and carb.

O - quite a weird hop, this Callista.

This is a double NEIPA featuring Callista hops. Appearance is typical, with a very hazy bright yellow color and a medium sized white head. Great foam retention and lacing in the class. An interesting and complex medium intensity aroma with peach, apricot, strawberry, and orange. Taste followed. I get mostly apricot and peach with a bit of citrus on the end. Very soft bitterness and a soft, pillowy feel. ABV masterfully hidden. Drinks like a 6% beer. Well done and unusual.
