This is a very interesting beer brewed with traditional Pilsner ingredients but with rice added in the mash, along with rice infused with Koji. It was also fermented with a combination of lager yeast and Sake yeast. As billed, it drinks like a Pilsner and is crisp and clean tasting. There are subtle rice flavors, subtle Sake flavors, and subtle fruity notes, particularly on the finish. Moderate bitterness. Interesting and delicious.
