A murky and muddy dark brown color with a thick tan head that disappeared fairly quickly. Prominent cinnamon and graham cracker aroma, along with vanilla. Taste followed with lots of cinnamon up front, yielding to vanilla and faint chocolate. Finish was sweet. Overall a great beer for those who like cinnamon. A bit overdone for me.
