Burnt orange with a thin bubbly white blanket.
A light yogurty tartness is accented by mild passion fruit. The fruit here is more generic, melding into papaya and lemon characteristics. The tingly but slick body finishes semi-dry and puckering on the swallow, bringing out a touch of biscuit.

This one is a a sour ale brewed with lactose, passion fruit, lemon peel, and lemon juice. It's a hazy yellow color with a two-finger white head that lingered for a while. Tart passion fruit aroma balanced with faint vanilla. The first sip brought a lemony tartness that faded to the passion fruit for the finish. The lactose was less prominent as far as taste, but it did give the beer some body and heft with an off-dry finish. Moderate tartness. Very nice on a hot day.
