Rich, sweet and very tasty; that A.B.V. is VERY well hidden so be careful. A win for the pastry crowd, for sure.

Syrupy used motor oil black with a short creamy tan blanket settling to a thin ring.
Sweet, smooth, round and a little sticky, a touch of sharp acidic coffee rides behind deeper mocha vanilla brownie that has accents of caramelized brown sugar and certainly that brulee character, even developing marshmallow notes as it warms.
The pastriarchy continues to grow.
