Kumori, or "Cloudy" in Japanese, is a Nigori/Unfiltered Sake inspired Pilsner. Brewed with Sake rice and Koji inoculated rice then fermented with a blend of both sake and lager yeasts. Finally it was blended with Sake lees and bottle conditioned.
