This Imperial Oated Sweet Stout was aged over 12 months in Dominican Rum barrels and was then conditioned on Thai bananas, vanilla beans, and Turbinado sugar.

500 ml bottle poured into a tulip
A- Black with a small mocha head.
S- Chocolate, vanilla, rum, some bananas, brown sugar.
T- Chocolate, rum, vanilla, bananas, some dark fruits, oak, some brown sugar, touch of roasted malts.
M- Smooth, full body.
O- Southern Grist seems to like to have fun with adjuncts in stout and like the others I have they did a great job with this. Rum barrels work great this and play into the sweetness nicely.
