Certainly goes down easy on a hot day, and does give you a blast of bitter and exceptionally dry C-like hops, but is otherwise fairly lacking. Actually comes off as more of a crisp and clean lager than low ABV IPA.
Pale gold body, light chill haze, solid head of bright white bubbles. Minimal head retention or lacing.
A little grass, lemon, and grapefruit rind in the nose, but little else. A touch of crackery malt. Very clean but not a lot there.
Heavy lemon and lime essence and grassy background. A good amount of bitterness and absolutely zero sweetness of any kind. One of the driest beers I’ve had in a long time. Strong, long-lasting grapefruit pith Lingers long after the swallow.
Surprisingly nice and substantial feel for the size and other features. Nice and smooth and well carbonated.
