Looks great...smells great...
Tastes...like raspberry jelly...
No cheesecake...at all...all raspberry and no cheesecake... I repeat... all raspberry and no cheesecake...
This is an issue if the beer is called Raspberry Cheesecake...
It is a good raspberry sour but if you're going to call it Raspberry Cheesecake...well...

First off says fruited sour, that wasn't an option so picked Gose .
Pours a bright pinkish red, maybe like pink lemonade with raspberries blended in. Small white head falls fast no real lace.
Aroma wow cream cheese in a beer, vanilla, raspberries loads of sweetness which sure the lactose is adding to that. Not really getting much orange peel or clove in the nose. But loads of cream cheese and raspberries also a light tartness so maybe Gose is the right style. Not sure what its suppose to smell like but I love it so unique.
Taste is like the nose sweet raspberries and cream cheese mingled with lactose fro sweetness, Again no orange peel for me really nice beer smooth and sweet then the sour notes kick in for a tart raspberry finish maybe light bitterness from orange peel mingled with spice that I would have to stretch to call clove, not a Hefe clove note anyway. what this is is unique and yummy, got to be the cream cheese.
Mouthfeel is light but carbonation is smooth close to flat almost but seems to go well with this beer.
Overall I like it going to stop tomorrow and see if they still have this at the store. Don;t see drinking this a lot but damn if I don;t want one on occasion after this one.
