On tap at Other Half Finger Lakes in Bloomfield, NY.
This one pours a fairly dark black color, with a a very small head, and no lacing.
This smells like roasted malt, roasted hazelnuts, bourbon vanilla beans, oak spice, and spicy bourbon.
This is pretty good stuff. There's a lot of barrel and a touch of booze, with some spicy bourbon and leather, along with caramel and vanilla. There's a good amount of big nutty hazelelnut character, and it leads the way as the star of the show here.
This is medium bodied, slightly boozy and warming, with a nice drinkability despite that.
This was a very nice random find on tap at Other Half. I'm glad to have tried it!

Imperial Stout aged in Bourbon barrels for 14 months, then conditioned on roasted hazelnuts and vanilla beans. It’s a bit on the sweet side and the barrel is light, but solid AF!
