16 oz can, dated 11/6/20, into Southern Grist Pink Logo snifter.
Pours a medium blonde color with medium juice and dense fog. Fingernail of white head.
Aroma on this one is a little less intense than the other 'Hill' beers I've experienced. I do get a bit of vanilla and coconut, with mandarin orange, grapefruit, glops of passion fruit, a touch of burnt marshmallow, and strawberry. Looking at the can I see half of what I listed as descriptors are not even in the beer. Odd.
Flavor is mostly sour and citrus-y. Kinda muddled. Not focused like the last few Hill beers I've had. Mandarin orange and white grapefruit juice lead this one, with hints of vanilla caviar, sour strawberry (not sweet), and some very sour passion fruit. In fact I'd probably say the passion fruit takes the sour medal on this one. Very similar to the passion fruit & black currant hill I had a few months ago. Finishes on some sour, soggy expired watermelon. Most of this isn't even listed on the can, I understand.
Feel is very acidic, bites the cheeks and lips. Alcohol is well-hidden. Carbonation is moderate and firm. Lots of pucker.
Overall, this is still rather good, but it's definitely not as stunning as some of the other Hill beers. This one was very muddled and non-descript. This is a rarity for me. Thankfully I only purchased two singles along with two singles of another iffy Hill, "Good Luck Hill". Guess I had a nudge of intuition there. FWIW, Good Luck Hill was actually better than this one.

This is insanely delicious. Fruity, sweet desert and the lactose smooths it out nicely.
