1 PINT can
Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours a deep purple hue. It has little to no head.
Big tart berry nose.
The berry flavor is great. My untutored palate can't necessarily distinguish one berry from another. It has a nice tartness.
Medium bodied with a slightly dry mouthfeel
This is a refreshing kettle sour. The more I consume, the more I enjoy it. Well done.

16 oz can, dated 1/26/21, into rastal.
Deepest purples and reds you'll ever see. Beautiful little dainty half finger of bubble gum pink head on top .Tears in my eyes already.
Yow. The balance between these three berries, and the faintest hint of vanilla makes this nose absolutely world-class. This is such artwork. The nuance is great. It's like a fruit smoothie and the slightest touch of milkshake. It is not too earthy and not too sweet. The vanilla is perfect. The fruits are powerful. And it has a hint of sexy perfumery. What. A five.
Flavor is a blackberry fest with boysenberry and raspberry tailing respectively. The pale malt peeks through despite this massive fruit bomb. The vanilla is not here in the flavor but that's okay, it's not on the can. Super acidic and super juicy. Nearly zero sweetness, yet it's not too sour. Very tart but again not sour. Very FRUIT-y. Pureed berries. Realistic, holistic, perhaps healthy, even.
Feel is acidic, juicy, semi-creamy, no alcohol, busy carbonation, dizzying acid. Love it.
Overall, as long as I can keep mule-ing this lovely cannage to Nebraska (I'll still take trips to Nashville) I will be the happiest beer drinker on earth. Southern Grist IMO is the king of sours. They have such balance and nuance and their quality is NEVER off-target. They may have some weird stuff from time to time (looking at you, Truffle Hill and Ice Cream Paint Job), but it's consistently good. You'll never see this beer again, but if you happen to live in a smaller TN town and encounter this from January, pick it up. But you knew that already.
