1 PINT can
Served in a stemless wine glass

This beer pours plum colored and is topped with a fleeting head.

Nice marshmallow aroma. I get some raspberry too. The passionfruit brings up the rear.

Passionfruit is upfront in the flavor. The raspberry kicks in with some nice tartness. Marshmallow in the finish.

Full bodied with a semi dry mouthfeel

Refreshing. Nice beer.

16 oz can from brewery floor, dated 2/24/21 into wide mouthed glass.

Looks like a blackberry smoothie. Super saturated and dark berry colored, with a bubble gum pink head of 1/2 finger that recedes to a fingernail. No lacing.

Aroma is like one of those McDonald's Yogurt parfaits but with a touch of homemade vanilla ice cream. Tons of blueberry, strawberry, and blackberry, with sweet yogurt, honey, granola, and vanilla. Wowza.

Fuck. This beer is just too good. I don't know how they do it. Starts off with tons of bready parfait out of a plastic cup, graham cracker crumbs, vanilla custard, and then copious amounts of high quality mixed berries yogurt. At the end there's a familiar zing of proper bacteria execution. It's 60% sour, 40% sweet. It's creamy, it's dreamy, it's like a semi-health-conscious sweet treat.

Feel is busy like a hive of bees. Buzzing all over the place, both from tight acidic bacteria pinching the tongue and from the heavy carbonation slapping the sides of the mouth. Drying finish, slight starches, yet still wet throughout. Very mild alcohol heat.

Yes, this is another Southern Grist banger. I'm a fan, through and through. They've had a few misses, but based on what I've had I'd guess it's only about 10-15% of their entire 500-or-so-strong catalogue. About a quarter of that is listed on BA's database. Remember that they have new beer....Every. Single. Weekend.

Marsh 100, if they should brew it again, is one you should not miss.
