16 oz can, dated 1/5/20, "Galaxy & Lotus" into Bearded Iris Teku.
Edit : I had my second can today, so I'll break the variable sections down into each can because they were somewhat different.
Pure juice here, unmistakable from Jersey or Massachusetts. Tall creamy head of 3 fingers, leaving beautiful symmetric rings around the glass as it recedes.
First can : Aroma is pine, minty orange tic-tac, and lemon Pledge.
Second can : Aroma of cotton candy, cantaloupe, strawberries, peaches, and guava. I do get slight lemon pledge but only slight.
Flavor :
First can : Tree bark, pine water, some ash, bitter white grapefruit pith, lemon, mandarin orange, passion fruit, coconut, and other nondescript tropical fruit perhaps dragonfruit or starfruit. Quite a mix.
Second can : Wood, strawberries, peaches, guava, grapefruit, coconut, and orange mint.
Feel is juicy and creamy indeed, with a competent carbonation, with a bit of heat as well. Sticky and clinging finish.
Overall, simply another Mixed Greens trial here. Better than 51 by a mile, but still not coming together to me completely. I'll keep buying the series.
Second can : A very enjoyable entry into the MG series. Still not the best (that was probably Citra + Galaxy) but still pretty dang tasty. Scores adjusted.
Price paid : $15.99 / 4 pack @ Corkdork's
