1 PINT can
Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours a yellowed orange color. It is topped with a fleeting head.
The smell is vanilla forward. Surprisingly, I gotta kinda search for the passionfruit.
The taste is the exact opposite of the smell. I get passionfruit early and often. Passionfruit is aggressive in a delicious way. Vanilla flavor comes near the finish and is relegated to the background.
Medium bodied with a pretty dry mouthfeel
The taste is great. The vanilla centric smell was my least favorite aspect of this beer.

16 oz can, dated 12/31/20, from brewery floor, into Southern Grist Blue Logo snifter.
Hazy peach-pineapple color with a wispy creamy ring of 1/2 finger. Leaves sparse lacing up the sides.
Aroma is the most real passion fruit I've ever smelled in a beer. They don't lie. It's passion fruit all over the place. Hints of vanilla behind it.
Flavor is straight up, HUGE passion fruit with a touch of vanilla to take the edge off. Holy crap this is a lot of passion fruit.
Feel is creamy and smooth with a large chunk of acidity, a high carbonation, and a slightly starchy finish.
Overall, this is my first double fruited Hill. These things are for real. I'll warn you and say you have to REALLY like passion fruit to enjoy this beer to its fullest. I'm half and half on it, but I can enjoy this about as much as I could spooning away at a passion fruit. It's like biting into a juicy glop of passion fruit. Now if I can only find a double fruited Raspberry Hill while I'm down there. Gotta be serendipitous and hit it at the right rotation. This'll jam for now.
Price paid : $20 / 4 pack
Would buy again : the double fruited hill series for sure!
