16oz can poured into a snifter
A- pours a murky pink color with a one finger foamy white head that reduces to a ring
S- smells of strawberry ice cream, waffle cones, vanilla, cherries, banana split and marshmallows
T- creamy lactose and strawberry up front, followed by notes of cherry and banana, reminiscent of a bananas split. The finish is slightly tart, with flavors of strawberry, marshmallows and cherries
M- medium body with moderate-low carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel that continues into the finish
O- banana split in a can, very good

16 oz can from brewery room floor, dated 12/17/20, into Bearded Iris Teku.
"Sundae Inspired Sour Ale brewed with lactose, marshmallows, vanilla, powdered chocolate ice cream, strawberry puree, banana puree, chopped peanuts, sprinkles, ice cream cones, and marachino cherries". Impressive. Knowing SG they'll pull it off no problem.
The body is a juicy, slightly muddy peach-pink with a fleeting finger of head.
Aroma is of burnt hair/freeze dried ice cream, strawberries, cherry pie filling, sugary jimmies, banana, coconut, peach, and nuts. Wow, most of it is actually here.
Flavor is literally unlike anything I've ever had, and that makes sense. Maraschino cherries come out straight away but are not the strongest note. It follows with lots of banana, then cream, strawberries, and chocolate syrup/ice cream. The chocolate ice cream cones go all the way to the finish and linger at the end. All of this wrapped inside a fruity sour culture. I'd say the strongest notes are the maraschino cherry, mushy banana, and chocolate ice cream.
Feel is syrupy, buzzing with carbonation, lactic, acidic, and has mild alcohol heat. Buzzing carbonation and slight dryness on the finish.
Overall, a weird, weird beer - but it still works. Not overly sweet, and it's a sipper due to all the flavor involved. I like how this beer really makes you think. The curious person should try a single.
