1 PINT can
Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours a deep plum color and is topped with an inch of pink head that leaves spotty lacing.
Cinnamon and vanilla right away. The raspberry is the first fruit to arrive at my schnoz. Blueberry follows. The cinnamon and vanilla dominate. Vinous hints.
Raspberry upfront. The cinnamon and vanilla rushes in quickly. Raspberry and blueberry carry throughout the taste into the finish. Slightly tart finish.
Medium bodied with a slightly dry mouthfeel
It tastes like a dessert. Maybe a parfait even. I would like it better without the cinnamon.

I've worked my way through the entire 4 pack now, this being the last can, and realizing I needed to tack up a review for it. I've been enjoying it so much that I forgot I never posted one.
16 oz can from Nations tap room, canned on 3/4/21, into Southern Grist Pink Logo snifter.
Pours the color of grape cocktail, with a fingernail of pink head.
Aroma is like a strawberry-heavy McDonalds yogurt parfait. No shame, that's my favorite menu item at McD's. Tons of graham and vanilla soft serve, with lots of blueberries and raspberries. Never too sweet. Pineapple gets lost a bit but I'm sure it's adding sweetness. The aroma is just unreal. I'd be flying over the moon but I just had a couple of these awesome sours last night.
Flavor is blueberry juice, grape cocktail, pineapple soda, banana pudding, parfait crust, marshmallow, and black raspberry puree. Crazy good. Tastes as good as the day I got it. Really incredible how it displays all of these flavors and never overdoes it on the sweetness or ever gets too heavy.
Feel is busy with carbonation and acidity, with very mild alcohol and a slightly drying yet tannic finish.
Overall, another wonder-child from Southern Grist. I loved this one the most on our sour flight at the brewery. We came home with roughly $400 of Southern Grist beer back in March, not sorry at all. I'm getting through my SG sours because I'm probably going to order more. FOMO is hitting me hard with their limited one-time-only brews and I finally think I'm gonna slam an order in.
