This beer kills. It hits every mark for what the brewery set out to accomplish. As as been stated in previous review. Blind-folded you'd swear there was a fruited cheese cake in front of you.

Look is super appetizing.
Smell really sends you over the top....this is where the graham cracker & cinnamon shine. You know its a great crust. Heavy cheese cake cream is present too.
Taste is spot on...a touch tart for a cheese cake but for a beer its delectable.
Feel is solid.
Overall a home run beer. So glad I bought this. These are quietly flying under most hype boi radars and that's okay. These dudes are hanging and are in several ways better than the most well known pastry & fruited sour producers out there.

I was just at RAR & Burley Oak earlier this week which are both known for their fruited beers and this one beats out everything I tried from either brewer.

16 oz can, canned on 7/1/21, for July 4th (red/blue/white), into Parish Globe snifter.

Pours an appropriate thick and lush burgundy-pink with a creamy pink head of 1 finger. I can already smell cheesecake.

Aroma is completely indistinguishable from a fruited cheesecake. It's canned cheesecake. This is as real as it gets. Blindfolded, you couldn't tell the difference. This is exactly what's on the can, IN the can. I'm salivating.

Holy hell this is good. I got a bit of puree and debris in my glass here, but I'll give 'em a pass. I get tart strawberry and sharp blueberries, with the unmistakable flavor of graham cracker and cream cheese. Pinch me, I'm dreaming. It is not too sweet and not too sour, perfect balance as always. Damn hell. This is good. It's even better straight from the can. More graham and cream cheese.

Edit : The trick is to let this one warm. Cheesecake and graham cracker for days...

Feel is juicy and carbonated with little pieces and particles here and there, a little odd for me but at this point, I don't care. No heat, moderate carbonation, slight starches/stickiness on the finish. Frog in the throat.

Overall, yep, this one is a banger. Again, these guys love challenges and you can easily mess something like this up - unless you're Southern Grist. Take my money you beautiful bastards. Putting another online order in now.
