Date illegible on can, into a pils glass.
Pours a vibrant dark yellow, tons of rocky foam. Aroma is sour pineapple with a little more tropical fruit. Flavor is the same as the label, tons of snappy, refreshing pineapple alongside some guava notes. I don't taste coriander and salt but I definitely feel them on the finish. This one is really defined by the finish like a lot of Southern Grist beers. Very smooth but slightly sticky, but still refreshing, like a glass of fresh juice on a hot day. Great stuff. I didn't finish the can but that was solely since the pineapple flavor and sugars were quite strong and I had other beers to drink.
Please get this one, it's probably the ultimate thirst quenching gose in the south. Have a big glass of ice water and go fight the summer days with this can.
