One of the better (non-extreme) collabs I've had in a long time, really highlighting the personalities of both breweries.
Incredibly juicy looking, silky smooth with a respectable foam cap and really nice sticky lacing for the ABV.
Outstanding nose that reminds me of both SG Mixed Greens and Xul's distinctive hazies (their house yeast, specifically). Wonderfully dank with a strong, weedy, green onion note (which I like) and waves of bright citrus and tropical fruits. Piney and pithy with a touch of sweetness.
Taste follows but the greenery teeters towards starchy, which detracts from the experience. But still a really lovely medley of dank greens, fresh squeezed hop juice, and a pleasant pithy grapefruit finish.
Silky smooth and perfectly carbonated, but not overly thick or chewy.
