Dated 04/09/25, into a wide wine glass.
Pours a nice orange with massive white foam, very thick and opaque. Aroma is spicy mango and papaya with a little grapefruit. Flavor is big on the grapefruit and mango with a good white bread/oat flavor on the finish. It's not too sweet and there's some dank bitterness present, but recognizably juicy. There's a good malt base and it's interesting with the interplay between malt, dankness, and fruits. It feels like a smaller, less boozy version of some Southern Grist DIPAs, and is more effective without the enhanced sweetness and extra alcohol. Body is low, mouthfeel is nice and smooth and not nearly as creamy as I would've thought.
Overall, a standard but deliciously drinkable NEIPA. Very bold while still going down incredibly quick and easy. I really love the lower ABV and cleaner finish on this one; very reminiscent of a Toppling Goliath IPA.

Perfect color for a hazy; the oated hop base is insane, so so creamy - seek out this beer. Well done SG!

16 oz. Can
CANNED ON: 12/01/22
Poured into a Trillium glass a pretty nice cloudy pale yellow color, very nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy two-finger white head, which leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, mango, peach, pineapple, guava, melon), nice little diesel like. The taste is pretty nice, hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice little citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, mango, peach, pineapple, guava, melon), nice little diesel like. Medium body, ABV is hidden very nicely, with a nice little dry/bitter finish. Overall, a pretty tasty beer. Orange Julius! MilkShake! Addictive!
