Pours a orange juice color small white bar pour head, spotty leaves left behind.
Aroma is sweet tropical pineapple, loads of citrus, orange, apricot, nice light dank notes for a hazy.
Taste follows big juicy lists of fruit citrus on top in the taste, pineapple underneath hop bite from dry hoping? Hazy so probably not high on ibus but it tastes like their is done dank hops underneath it all.
Mouthfeel is medium with peppy carbonation that pushes some hops forward.
Overall a good little hazy.

2-week-old can enjoyed in a tulip glass.
Juicy, glowing liquid but a paler gold than the last few [Insert Juicy XXX] collabs. Medium-plus haze but no murk. Good initial head of bright white foam fading to a latte cap pretty quickly. But the lacing is fantastic: rings and streaks of soapy film and sticky bubbles. The coloring and haziness looks a little watered down versus previous renditions (maybe Tripping Animals' hazies are a little lighter looking?...SG is getting pretty damn good at capturing both breweries' personalities in their collaboration beers), but the lacing is world class.
Damn, this nose is fantastic. You're hit first and foremost with massive, dank, weedy greens. Really strong, but not too sharp, if that makes any sense. I, personally, love that kind of nose if there are big doses of sweet citrus and juicy fruit to balance things out, and that's definitely the case here. Loads of orange, lemon/lime, sweet pineapple, apricot, and a mélange of tropical fruits. Candied fruits and gummy candies at work. Little bit of Juicy Fruit gum, as well. Secondary notes of pear (which gets bigger and more noticeable as the beer warms and is really unique), orange Gatorade, and berries. Just freaking awesome, and really a different experience every time I go in for another whiff.
No surprise that the taste profile isn't as accomplished as the nose, but it's still wonderful. Definitely a good dose of dankness and starchy greens, but it doesn't at all tread into over-starched hop bite territory because it's more than balanced out by sweet juice notes. Tons of orange, apricot, sweet grapefruit, citrus peal, pineapple Lifesavers candy, and a nice crackery malt. A touch of lemon/lime pith on the back end with a slight salinity in the finish. Despite the sweet juice flavors it wraps up quite dry with a lasting pith and bitterness, maybe even a little pine resin. Incredibly tasty and drinkable.
Soft, silky, and coating in the mouth, though not chewy and maybe even a little thin compared to other 8.5% double hazies. But that's pretty much in line with most [Insert Juicy ...] collabs. As always, zero alcohol evident and goes down way too easy. Absolute winner, here.
