16oz canned 9-30-24, opened 5-10-25.
2 finger white head with excellent staying power. Sticky lacing. Golden and unfiltered body.
Aromas of gritty malt, bread dough, and lemon.
The grittiness (lack of a better descriptor) is something that typically turns me all the way off. This one has some other flavors going that keep me in. Spicy, grassy bitterness and lemon.
Medium body, low+ carbonation, has a little chew to it in the mouthfeel, Persistent bitterness in a medium length and dry-ish finish.
Somewhere between Good and Very Good.

Poured from a 16oz can into a Narrow Gauge Willi Becher pint glass. Pours a clear straw gold with almost three fingers of soapy white foam head and what looks like thousands of little carbonation bubbles moving from the bottom of the glass to the top. This one is simple and clean on the both the nose and in the taste. Bready / biscuity malts, grass / hay, light lemon. I like the aromas a little more than the flavors as this has an odd finish to it. Still, very tasty and very drinkable with a full mouthfeel. Creamy but still well carbonated. Good stuff.
