Batch 70, dated 05/14/25, into a wide wine glass.
Pours a pale orange with tons of foam, very opaque. Aroma is vegetation, white grapes, and mixed berries, very fruity. Flavor follows the nose. It's very creamy and is primarily those same berry flavors. Very little citrus and grapefruit, a little vegetal bitterness, but very much white grape and berry flavors. I keep saying this because that's the core of the hop flavors in this beer, and it's very striking. Mouthfeel is the standard Mixed Greens blend, very creamy and smooth with medium body. Finish is complex and long with a little sticky sweetness. A little malt presence and sweetness as well.
Overall, I really like this iteration of Mixed Greens. The series is very fun, showcasing weird blends of hops on the same base beer, and this one feels extremely unique. I've never tasted this combination of hops (which I think is drawn from the leftovers of their anniversary IPAs and other limited releases) and it works incredibly well.
