Canned 05/08/25, into a wide wine glass.
Pours a clear yellow with a ton of tight, white foam. Aroma is very dank with a little berry character and diesel. Flavor follows nose. This is all the secondary flavors of the Strata and Galaxy, exceptionally resinous and funky. Not my favorite but still bitter and dank. This is definitely new school WCIPA, and I had it on draft initially where it was much more malty. The canned version leaves something to be desired in the malt department and could be more bitter. Mouthfeel is good, very bright, and low bodied as well for easy drinking.
Overall, kind of a letdown compared to the draft, but not awful. A mid tier new school WCIPA.
