Look - Pours a very thick syrupy very dark brown-black color with almost no head. Nice lacing when swirled.
Smell - Marshmallow, cacao, maple syrup, and vanilla. Very nice, but a bit mild.
Taste - Taste is a very nice mix of bourbon, maple syrup, marshmallow, vanilla, and cacao. Maybe just a little coconut after it warms a bit.
Feel - Thick and creamy, easy drinking at only 10.1%ABV.
Overall - I like this much more than their 8th Anniversary Cake. Well done.

The look and feel are absolutely luscious and dialed just right for a pastry stout. The nose is massive and covers all the adjuncts mentioned, especially chocolate fudge, natural vanilla, coconut, maple, toffee, and sweet bourbon. As is typical with Batch One Theory beers (especially the anniversary variants), the sweetness is through the roof. But this one is more drinkable than some past years, though it's still tough to get through a full (small) pour. Greatly enjoyed by 5 oz. taster and would happily have another when in the mood for a bold sensory experience. Definitely not a beer that could be consumed regularly, however.
