Canned 11/10/25, into a wide wine glass.
Pours a thick dark orange with creamy white foam, really nice. Aroma is distinct and almost overwhelming. I can smell sweet orange juice and creamy mango from a foot or two away from the glass. Flavor is plenty of the same, ripe oranges and delicious sweet mango juice, some cantaloupe, and a dose of creamy oat flavor. Finish is a touch green and a little bitter, not too sticky or overly sweet. The fruit flavors on this one are intense and realistic; no weird candy sugars or ethanol, just pure tropical hops. The malt flavors come through nicely as well, adding some smooth sweetness and creamsicle ideas to the mid palate. This is a great example of Nectaron flavor and proves why it's one of my favorite hops. The juicy soft mango flavors are immaculate. Feel is great, a little higher body which keeps it nicely sticky, but no alcohol presence. Lower carbonation which amps up the sweet vibes while keeping drinkability high.
You could tell me this is Other Half and I'd believe you. This NEIPA is Southern Grist on top of their game, showcasing impressive hop flavors and great balance, alongside some mouthfeel wizardry. I really like the Juicy Pun series as shown by my reviews of them, so this one similarly scores well.
