This gluten-free beer is positively dripping with juicy, ripe, natural melon flavor. When we took our refreshing Favorite Blonde Ale and added melon to the mix, we just knew it was "one in a melon".

12oz can. Bottom stamp provides the information of 'CANNED 08/25/25'.
Clear, pale straw colored body. The pour brings a thin finger of white head, and this settles back to a middle island and a ring. Leaves behind some thin webs of lacing.
Aroma has a general scent of sweet melon and another sweet bit from the grain.
Taste is sweet with flavors of green melon and a general woody background. Aftertaste goes mostly to melon rind, which is more bitter.
Medium mouthfeel. Generally clean, crisp, and wet. Has a touch of tongue sting with each sip. Good carbonation.
Has a true flavor of green melon but lacks a barley malt flavor, instead there is a more woody taste from millet and buckwheat.

Clear amber with a brief flicker of foam. Aroma is fruity, and odd with something else. For some reason this just tastes like vanilla to me. Then there is some unripe honeydew melon in the aftertaste. No trace of hops, but some acidity and woody stems. I suppose you could drink this but I don't have to. From the 12 oz can. Dated 01/03/25.
