Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Gold Session. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma has herbal and floral notes like thyme, sage, hay and meadow flowers. Taste is a bit tart, herbal, dry, mineral and astringent with tea leaf bitterness and herbal infusion flavor.
